Compliance Specialist

LOCKNET IT Solutions is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who desires to put their financial experience to work helping clients.  As a Compliance Specialist you will assist our financial clients in their efforts to comply with laws and regulations relating to information security; including examinations, risk assessments, and verifying the adequacy of, or recommending policies and procedures to ensure compliance.  This position is ideal for the individual who excels at working with differing clients and projects.

College degree with experience in the financial industry is preferred with an emphasis on exposure to operations, and IT compliance and regulations. Related years of experience will be considered in lieu of college degree. Proficiency with desktop applications and MS Office Suite required. Presentation skills a plus; experience with writing and excellent verbal communications skills required, as well as some travel.

Senior Network Engineer

LOCKNET IT Solutions, based in La Crosse, is one of the Midwest's leading IT and network security consulting firms.  LOCKNET is hiring an accomplished technology professional to fill the position of Senior Network Engineer.  Primary functions include:  engineer-level network support for clients throughout the Midwest, secure network design and implementation for client networking environments, design and completion of in-house projects and regular technology training and certification.  Overnight travel is minimal.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience; or 6+ years related experience.
• Experience with systems design of Windows based platforms for small to medium sized businesses.
• Experience providing proactive recommendations for improved network operations.
• Proficiency with industry standard Disaster Recover\Business Continuity practices, applications and methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and Windows Group Policy, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007 as well as related Microsoft technologies in order to analyze, interpret and apply solutions. MCSE 2003 certification preferred.
