Locknet Presents Email Archiving Seminar for IBA

La Crosse, WI – Ben Potaracke, director of information technology for Locknet,
will be conducting a special training session for the Iowa Bankers Association Applied
Technology group on March 3, 2009 at the association’s Johnston, Iowa offices.
Potaracke will discuss email archiving requirements for the financial industry.
The training will cover regulatory and legal issues as they relate to email archiving
policies and storage/retrieval systems.
The session will address best practices for creating, communicating and enforcing
email archiving policies. Potaracke will also offer recommendations on creating
email archiving systems that meet examiner requirements while still maintaining
user-friendly features such as individual archive access and message-level restores.
The Iowa Bankers Association Applied Technology group is comprised of 20+ technology
leaders from community banks throughout Iowa. They gather as a peer group
to discuss industry trends and examiner requirements.
